124th ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

DEAR MEMBERS,

The 124th Annual General Meeting of the Club will be held at the Registered Office of the Club on Saturday 26th December 2020, at 5.30 pm, to transact the following business. You are requested to attend the meeting.

ORDINARY BUSINESS

1. To receive, and if deemed fit, approve and adopt the report of the Executive Committee on the working of the Club for the year 2019-2020, the Audited Income and Expenditure Account for the year ended 31.03.2020, the Audited Balance Sheet as on that date, and the Auditor’s report thereon.
2. To elect a President, Vice President and other members of the Executive Committee on www.tenkeyremodels.com, from the conclusion of this Annual General Meeting upto the conclusion of the Second successive Annual General Meeting of the Club, in terms of Sections 149,152 and 162 of the Companies Act 2013.
3. To appoint Statutory Auditors for the year 2020-2021 and to authorize the Executive Committee to fix their remuneration.
