NOTES:
1. Entries for the competition, unless otherwise stated, close at 4.00 pm the day preceding the match. Entries may be sent by letter or e-mail to info@ootygymkhana.club.
Telephonic entries will not be accepted.
2.Rolling cups and trophies shall not be removed from the Club premises.
3.The order of play and starting times will be posted on the Notice Board at 5.30 p.m. on the day preceding the tournament.
Golfers are notified that they are responsible for the correct course handicap for Ooty being entered on their cards upon submission.
4.OGC follows the USGA GHIN handicap system. Golfers without a USGA GHIN handicap shall be given 75 % of their home club’s course handicap upon submission of
their scoring records. This is at the discretion of the tournament committee.
5. Players permitted to participate in the Tournament without producing valid handicap cards will not be eligible for prizes.
6.The meet will be under the management of the Club Tournament Committee, which shall have absolute discretion to accept/reject entries, revise handicaps, and make any
alternation in the dates of the events, conditions of play, starting time etc. The Tournament Committee’s decision shall be final
7.TOURNAMENT FEE: OGC PERMANENT MEMBERS INR 400/- PER TOURNAMENT; CGC & WGC INR 500/- PER TOURNAMENT; RECIPROCAL AFFILIATE
8.The tournament fee will be based on the number of rounds for multi-round tournaments
9. When two tournaments are played concurrently, a separate entry fee will be charged for each tournament.
10. All tournaments will be deemed as NETT events where the order of choosing shall be Nett Winner, Gross Winner, Nett Runner Up and Gross Runner up.
When declared as Gross events, the order shall be Gross Winner, Nett Winner Gross Runner up and Nett Runner up.
11.N.T.Dugar Foundation Trophy will be awarded for Hole–in–one achievements during tournaments.
Terms of competition will be displayed prominently on the tournament notice board for in-depth details on the tournament.
